My role
During my internship at ACTILIB, a digital platform focused on booking well-being and creative activities, I worked as a Communication & Partnership Assistant. My mission involved developing communication strategies, managing social media, and supporting business development through partner acquisition and relationship management.

Designed and implemented an Instagram content calendar (posts, stories, reels).

Skills Acquired
Strategic Communication

ACTILIB needed to increase brand visibility on Instagram and clarify its positioning to new users. So I created a structured content calendar mixing informative posts, creative reels, and story polls. I ensured the tone was original, consistent, and aligned with the well-being theme.
The number of followers increased by 30% over two months, with a marked rise in user engagement (average story interaction rate +45%).
Partnership Development
The platform was looking to expand its network of local activity providers in Paris. So, I researched small businesses aligned with ACTILIB's values, initiated contact, and helped prepare pitch emails and call partner.

I helped identify over 15 qualified prospects, 8 of which became active partners within the internship period.
Creative Thinking & Adaptability

ACTILIB, being a young startup, required flexibility and creativity in both ideas and execution. Indeed, I regularly suggested new campaign themes, post formats, and storytelling angles during weekly team meetings.

Several of my proposals were implemented and positively received by the team, including a "Les ateliers de [Name of the partner]" posts series.
